OceanKing only permits individuals aged 18 and above to register and use the platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account confirmed to belong to a minor will be terminated immediately with no refund of the remaining balance.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active OceanKing account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts, including the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held within those accounts.
All deposits and withdrawals on OceanKing must be made using a valid Malaysian payment method — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. The bank account used must be registered in the same name as the OceanKing account holder.
All OceanKing bonuses — including the welcome bonus, weekly rebates, and special promotions — are subject to wagering requirements as specified. These requirements are clearly stated in each promotional offer and must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds can be made.

Age Verification: OceanKing reserves the right to request age verification documents (such as a copy of your IC or passport) at any time. Your account will be suspended while verification is in progress. Failure to provide the required documents within 7 days will result in account termination.
Each individual may only hold one active OceanKing account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms, regardless of whether the additional accounts are registered under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password and OceanKing account login credentials. OceanKing will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

How to Read Bonus Wagering Requirements: If a RM 100 bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement, this means you must place a total of RM 2,000 in bets (RM 100 × 20) before any funds derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Your actual deposited funds are not subject to this wagering requirement and may be withdrawn at any time.
OceanKing reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence that the bonus was obtained through fraud, promotional abuse (bonus abuse), multi-account usage, or any other method that violates these Terms. OceanKing's decision in such matters is final.

For live casino games with a human dealer, all rounds are fully recorded. Should any dispute arise regarding a game outcome, OceanKing will review the video recording as definitive evidence. Decisions made following a video review are final and cannot be contested further.
Connection Interruption During Gameplay: If your internet connection is lost during an active game, OceanKing will resolve the round based on the game's default settings or return your bet, depending on the state of play at the time of disconnection. OceanKing is not liable for any losses resulting from a connection disruption on the player's end.
OceanKing's Sports Betting section covers football (including the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, and more), cricket (IPL, T20 World Cup, The Ashes), badminton, and a wide range of other sports. All Sports Betting is subject to the specific rules set out below.
OceanKing reserves the right to void or cancel any bet at any time for reasons including but not limited to: incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, inaccurate information in a market description, or evidence of match-fixing. In such cases, the bet will be cancelled and the stake fully refunded.
OceanKing has a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of fraud, abuse, or dishonest conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the OceanKing platform:
OceanKing reserves the right to take immediate action against any account suspected of involvement in the behaviours listed above, including suspending the account, voiding all related bets, forfeiting all winnings and bonus balances, and reporting the matter to the relevant authorities where necessary.
You have the right to close your OceanKing account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the closure is processed, OceanKing will ensure that all real-money balances (excluding bonuses) are returned to you via your previously used payment method.
OceanKing also reserves the right to unilaterally close or suspend a member's account in the following circumstances: a breach of any part of these Terms, fraudulent or manipulative conduct, failure to provide required identity verification documents, account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or at the member's own request.
Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from betting, OceanKing offers a self-exclusion option that can be activated directly through your account settings. Exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to access the OceanKing platform and all promotional communications will be stopped. OceanKing will not be liable for any financial losses, loss of profits, indirect losses, or consequential business losses incurred by members in connection with their use of the OceanKing platform. This includes, but is not limited to, betting losses, losses resulting from unplanned service disruptions, or losses caused by the actions of third parties.

For material amendments that significantly affect members' rights or obligations, OceanKing will provide at least 14 days' notice via registered email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules established by OceanKing.
